I did "Pokoy" primarily to achieve a personal goal. I wanted to accumulate 100 hours of meditation in a year, which meant I had to meditate for 16 minutes every day. Seemed easy, right? In practice, it turned out to be more difficult, and I meditated less and shorter.
I created this app to address the accessibility and simplicity of the first step to meditation. I have now achieved my original goal, and I meditate for an average of 20 minutes a day.
